Our Beliefs
We take great pride in manufacturing our Rooti Tooti products in England. We frequently visit our manufacturer and feel very confident that we know where our goods are being lovingly put together. We are also keen to keep this amazing planet of ours beautiful for our children, their children and so on. We are therefore doing our best to make the most informed environmental decisions about our company as possible. We are for example, using biodegradable paper packaging for posting our goods, card for our swing tags rather than plastic and even choosing carefully where our electricity comes from to run our business….the wind!!! As our business grows and flourishes we will continue to make changes to make it more environmentally friendly. So watch this space…..!

Sizing
We offer our vests & wraps in sizes 8-10, 10-12, 12-14, 14-16, 16-18, 18-20 and 20-22. Currently we offer the wrap dress in sizes 8-10 to 16-18.

How do I pay for my order?
To make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them as we use the SagePay payment system (formerly known as Protx). You can pay for your online order in British Pounds Sterling, using Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron.

Returns
We stand by the products we make. We believe in quality and we will not be happy until you are.

So, if our products have failed you in any way, please return them in a resalable condition and we will either exchange them or give you your money back.

If you have received your goods as a gift and you are not happy with the size please contact us and we will arrange an exchange for you.

How to return or exchange an item
If you need to return an item for exchange or refund, simply return the unworn** item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt (If there is a failure to do so, a refund or exchange may be refused). We will exchange the item/s or issue a refund if preferred. Please use the same packaging if you can - recycling is the key!

It is advisable for your own protection, that you return the parcel to us by recorded delivery. This service offers you insurance for the value of the goods covering you for any losses or damage to the package. Always obtain a 'Proof of Postage' certificate from the post office as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. The item is your liability until it reaches us. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

At the same time, please fill in the reverse side of the invoice to tell us why you are returning your goods, so that we can quickly process your return.

When we receive your item/s we will follow your request for an exchange and send the replacement item/s out to you straight away. If you are not exchanging your goods, we will refund the cost of the goods by cheque. Please allow us at least 2 weeks to process your refund once we have received your goods. In the unlikely event that you are returning an item due to a fault, we will also refund the cost of sending the item back to us by Royal Mail.

** It is important to note that when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up or a deodorant as they may leave marks/fragrance on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item marked, scented or otherwise damaged in your care as they will be deemed in an unsuitable condition for resale. The item must be returned in its original state with all labels and tags attached.

Delivery

Standard packing and delivery on orders is £3.50
This service usually takes 2-5 working days.

If your order is over £80 we will post your goods via recorded delivery

If you know you are usually out when the postman calls, you can ask us to send your parcel to a different address when you place your order.

Priority delivery for all orders is £6.50

If your item is in stock, we will do our best to despatch your order the day you place it. Your order will be sent first class delivery.

If you have any queries with your delivery please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
