Our Beliefs
We take great pride in manufacturing our Rooti Tooti products in England. We frequently visit our manufacturer and feel very confident that we know where our goods are being lovingly put together. We are also keen to keep this amazing planet of ours beautiful for our children, their children and so on. We are therefore doing our best to make the most informed environmental decisions about our company as possible. We are for example, using biodegradable paper packaging for posting our goods, card for our swing tags rather than plastic and even choosing carefully where our electricity comes from to run our business….the wind!!! As our business grows and flourishes we will continue to make changes to make it more environmentally friendly. So watch this space…..!

Sizing
We offer our tops in sizes 8-10, 10-12, 12-14, 14-16 and 16-18. Please contact us if our size range does not accommodate you and we will do our very best to make our Rooti Tooti Tops work for you.

How do I pay for my order?
To make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them as we use HSBC Secure ePayments. You can pay for your online order in British Pounds Sterling, using Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron.

Returns
We stand by the products we make. We believe in quality and we will not be happy until you are.

So, if our products have failed you in any way, please return them in a resalable condition and we will either exchange them or give you your money back.

If you have received your goods as a gift and you are not happy with the size please contact us and we will arrange an exchange for you.

How to return or exchange an item
If you need to return an item, please use the same packaging (recycling is the key!) and post it to us via first class post (no need to send as recorded delivery). At the same time, please fill in the reverse side of the invoice to tell us why you are returning your goods, so we can quickly put things right.
Please ensure that you get a proof of posting card at the Post Office when you send your goods back, they will ask you to fill in the card which you will keep. When we receive them we will follow your request for an exchange and get the exchange send out to you straight away. If you are not exchanging your goods we will refund the cost of the goods via cheque. Please allow us at least 2 weeks to process your refund once we have received your goods. In the unlikely event you are returning a top due to a fault we will also refund the postage cost of sending the item back to us.

Delivery

Standard packing and delivery on orders is £3.50
This service usually takes 2-5 working days.

If your order is over £80 we will post your goods special delivery, you will receive your order the next day to enjoy it even sooner!

If you know you are usually out when the postman calls, you can ask us to send your parcel to a different address when you place your order.

Priority delivery for orders that total less than £80 is £6.50

If your item is in stock, we will do our best to despatch your order the day you place it. Your order will be sent first class delivery.

If you have any queries with your delivery please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your goods.

Overseas Orders
At this time we ask you to contact us if you wish your goods to be sent abroad. We will do our best to make it happen.
